1. PERSONALIZED DIGITAL PRODUCTS Due to the nature of the services provided by SongTailor (creation of custom audio content made to order), and in accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, no returns or refunds will be accepted once the order has been confirmed and the production of the song has commenced.

2. ERRORS AND ISSUES We take the greatest care in creating your songs. However, if you notice an obvious error on our part (error in the name, omission of a major detail provided in the form, or a corrupted audio file), please contact us immediately at: contact@thesongtailor.co In such cases, we commit to making the necessary corrections free of charge and as quickly as possible.

3. EXCEPTION TO THE 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (EU & INTERNATIONAL) The 14-day cooling-off period usually applicable to digital goods does not apply to personalized digital products once the performance of the service has begun with your prior consent. By placing an order with SongTailor, you agree that the service begins immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

4. CANCELLATION Any cancellation request must be made within one hour of purchase. If the composition work has not yet started, a full refund may be considered at our sole discretion. After this period, production costs incurred will no longer allow for cancellation.
